Faced with marked growth, Prevost needed to rapidly increase its production capacity. At the Factory of Sainte-Claire, That Meant Hiring More than 600 people In two hiring waves and in record time, mainly for positions in welding, mechanics and production.

To meet this ambitious challenge, Prevost called on our team for a Turnkey Support in Mass Recruitment.

• Setting up a Complete infrastructure for mass recruitment, including a career page, an application management system, a dedicated white label telephone line and a survey tool to assess candidate satisfaction, etc.
