Michel is on a mission: to free managers from recruitment duties so they can focus on growing their business. He’s been able to pursue this personal mission since acquiring Ancia Personnel in 2018, a company founded in 1995.

Michel has always had a vision that goes beyond the current market. With his dual expertise in human resources and marketing, he has expanded Ancia’s services to meet the recruitment needs of today — and tomorrow.

A passionate advocate for data and technology, Michel leads with natural leadership and surrounds himself with people who, like him, are driven by recruitment and business development. Together, they’ve built innovative new recruitment services tailored to the evolving market.

Sophie a joint l’équipe d’Ancia en 2023. Elle a comme mission de diriger les services d’impartition du recrutement, Recruto, et de s’assurer que l’équipe soit mobilisée envers la satisfaction des clients. Elle a su rapidement se faire une place au sein d’Ancia par son sens des affaires et son expérience notable en recrutement. Passionnée de l’acquisition de talents depuis plus de 16 ans, son expérience en recrutement, en gestion de projets et en marketing RH sont de grands atouts pour l’équipe.

Maude Gilbert joined Ancia in 2019. Her mission is to elevate our clients’ employer brands and oversee projects directly on-site. As a seasoned project manager, she ensures the full implementation of initiatives related to employer branding, recruitment, and information technology for our clients.

Maude also plays a key role in supervising both the recruitment team and the HR marketing department.

Since her first day at Ancia, she has stood out for her professionalism, creativity, and outstanding organizational skills. She fully embodies Ancia’s core values of efficiency and commitment, making her a true source of pride for the entire team.
